Straight answers for rental owners.
Start with the questions that shape fit, cost, timing, communication, leasing, and maintenance.
What does full-service property management cover?
Freya's operating scope includes onboarding, tenant placement, rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease administration, renewals, delinquency, move-outs, turnover, and eviction coordination.
How does pricing work?
The public fee schedule is still being finalized. A consultation will cover the property-specific recommendation, what is included, and any services that may be separate.
Where does Freya manage property?
Freya serves the Greater Des Moines Metro and Central Iowa. Des Moines and Ankeny are confirmed service cities. Contact Freya to confirm coverage for another location.
Can Freya help find a tenant?
Tenant placement can include pricing guidance, listing creation and marketing, lead management, pre-screening, showings, applicant screening, owner approval, lease preparation, signing, and move-in handoff. Ask whether standalone placement fits your property.
How is maintenance handled?
Freya coordinates intake, vendors, updates, and owner decisions as needed. The goal is organized follow-through and practical context for the owner.
Can I switch from another property manager?
Yes. A responsible handoff starts with reviewing the lease, tenant status, financial and property records, current condition, and open issues before setting a transition plan.
Do you work with remote or out-of-state owners?
Remote and out-of-state owners are a relevant fit when the property is within Freya's confirmed service area and the management scope aligns.
What happens in the first consultation?
You will discuss the property, your goals, current issues, and the work you want to hand off. Freya can then recommend scope, pricing, and onboarding steps.
